Flat color: $45
Color + Lights/Shading: $60
(N)SFW, Pony/Anthro/Human
Additional Characters are +1/2 the cost each
Comic Panels: $5 per half-panel, $10 per Full-panel
Half-Panels are important pieces only
Full-Panels Cover the entire scene
No Guro, WS, Scat, Diaper, etc.
If you're unsure, run it by me. If I've drawn it before, it should be fine.

References are incredibly helpful! the more information you provide (art similar to your idea, solid colors for the palette, even an MSpaint stick figure in the pose you're thinking of) the more accurately i can create the picture you want
